We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our IT department as a full-time Senior Software Product Manager located in Provo, Utah. The Product Manager collaborates with the entire development team to ensure that products are delivered successfully, within the Agile framework. This role will be responsible for taking business requirements, prioritizing them according to the business's needs and translating them into testable features to be worked on by the development team, working closely with the Scrum Master to guarantee that the development team provides the product solution required in regular, iterative cycles and communicates progress to the business and, where applicable, to external clients clearly and consistently.

This position is located on-site.

$140k-$150k annually plus a 5% annual, performance-based bonus

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for key areas of the internally developed platform

  • Collaborate and strategize with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap

  • Anticipating Clients' Needs: Understands and anticipates stakeholder needs, has deep knowledge of the market, and creates customer journey maps

  • Prioritize features and enhancements using data, research, and strategic insight

  • Overseeing Development Stages: Contributes to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint and works with a team to refine and improve the development process

  • Measure product success through KPIs, user feedback, and experimentation

  • Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility and business impact

  • Acting as Primary Liaison: Gains buy-in from stakeholders and delivers clear instructions to the developers

  • Evaluating Product Progress: Is accountable for each stage of the development process and final process, inspects and evaluates product progress through each interaction, and determines whether the final project is acceptable

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship successful products

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery techniques

  • Comfort with data analysis, user research, and iterative development

  • A passion for creating meaningful, user-centered digital experiences

  • Proven strategic direction with a close relationship with Stakeholders to drive company initiatives

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with design systems and UX teams

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma or Github

  • Background in Marketing tech, call centers, or customer portals

  • Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineering teams

  • Coding background or understanding how to use it in conjunction with AI
