We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Sales Project Manager position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Training Projects (25% - Weekly): Partner with L&D to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for sales training initiatives

  • Analyze Data & Identify Trends (20% - Weekly): Search through performance data to uncover insights for maximizing sales effort

  • Manage Social Media Positioning (15% - Weekly): Oversee project timelines for the social media team and lead magnets to drive conversations

  • Review & Optimize Incentives (15% - Monthly): Evaluate all incentive programs to increase sales yield

  • Integrate AI into Training (15% - Monthly): Infuse AI tools (sales guides, TL playbook, role-playing software) into training processes

  • Support Executive Functions (10% - As Needed): Assist the President of Sales with ad-hoc projects, meetings, and strategic priorities

  • Resolve conflicts between competing project deadlines, interpret complex sales data, and navigate corporate resource constraints using dashboards, CRM tools, and cross-departmental collaboration

  • Independently set project timelines, assign tasks, and choose methods for executing initiatives

  • Escalate budgetary or strategic decisions impacting sales revenue to sales leadership

  • Partner with the President of Sales, corporate leaders, recruiting teams, divisional and regional managers, social media staff, and external vendors

  • Ensure sales incentives are executed flawlessly, improving efficiency, morale, and revenue generation across a 5,000-rep organization

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • PMP or similar certification

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 Years in Project Management or Sales Operations

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Data analysis and trend identification to improve sales performance

  • Familiarity with sales processes, incentive structures, and social media campaigns

  • Ability to integrate AI tools into training and operations

  • Excellent communication to collaborate across corporate, recruiting, and learning & development teams

  • Creative problem-solver able to optimize incentives and lead conversion strategies

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure

  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
