We’re seeking a high-impact SVP / Head of Operations to drive execution, scale infrastructure, and elevate performance across the business at Aptive. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for translating vision into operational reality.
You’ll own the systems, processes, and operational strategy that power growth, while building a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
Own and evolve the company’s operational strategy across field operations, customer experience, and support functions
Collaborates with executive and functional leaders to support cross departmental initiatives and organizational objectives
Translate the strategy to scalable operations plan
Build, optimize, and standardize processes to support rapid growth and seasonal scaling
Lead and develop a high-performing operations organization, including regional and functional leaders
Drive performance through data, KPIs, reporting, and accountability across all operational layers
Improve customer experience by aligning operations with service quality and responsiveness
Act as a key leader in forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Drives service efficiency initiatives to improve technician productivity, operational throughput, and customer experience
Establishes and manages operational capacity planning models to align staffing and deployment with demand forecasts
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational support across all service channels
Escalates and resolves significant customer, operational or performance issues as appropriate
Builds, develops and retains operations leadership talent to support succession planning and organizational growth
Oversee operations revenue programs and identifies opportunities to improve operational profitability
Develops and implements strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives
Requirements:
10+ years of operations leadership experience, with 5+ years leading leaders in complex, multi-location or enterprise operations preferred
Proven ability to scale operations in high-growth or seasonal businesses
Expertise in routing, scheduling, deployment strategy, and service efficiency methodologies
Strong background in field operations, logistics, or service-based industries
Data-driven mindset with experience building and managing operational metrics
Experience implementing systems, automation, and process improvements at scale
Executive presence with the ability to influence and align cross-functional leaders
Builder mentality, you’re comfortable stepping into ambiguity and creating structure
